About Us

Erik D. Monroe is a strong leader in the relocation and real estate development industry, with over 15 years of experience leading projects throughout the country. He has a diversified background in leading complex projects in public and private real estate development, federally funded relocation services, program management, property management, real property acquisition and real estate investments.

Currently Erik is the Principal and managing member of DELCK GROUP LLC (DELCK). DELCK is a Real Estate Consulting company providing professional consulting services related to HUD related acquisition, rehabilitation and demolition/disposition projects for affordable housing developers and municipalities. Erik’s has vast experience and knowledge in leading large and small complex affordable housing relocation project throughout the United States. His ability to work with a diverse population with limited resources allows him to successfully meet his client’s project needs. Community impact and stakeholder successes drives DELCK to be considered a credible company in the industry.

Prior to DELCK, Erik successfully led relocation projects with the Charlotte Housing Authority, DHIC Inc., CommonBond Communities, City of Cedar Rapids, IA, Charlotte Mecklenburg Housing Partnership and the Housing Authority of Kansas City. After graduating from University of West Georgia with a degree in Real Estate, his career includes serving as a realtor, real estate investor, loan officer, and real estate development officer for the Kansas City Housing Authority. He has gained extensive knowledge in Federal Relocation Programs/Regulations including the URA and other real estate/HUD related programs. Erik has worked in the public housing industry for over 12 years and is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
